We manage 25+ furnished apartments in the River Place complex. Our apartments include large one bedrooms, studios and everything in between. We provide all the furnishings that you might need in a temporary stay, from towels to a fully stocked kitchen. Everything from A to Z, all you need to bring is your suitcase. All of our apartments come with cable and high speed Internet.

River Place is a 5 minute walk from Rosslyn Metro and a short walk across the Key Bridge to Georgetown. Rosslyn has plenty of nightlife, theater and restaurants. We are within walking distance to Wilson Boulevard, which includes CVS, Safeway Food Stores, Starbucks, Chipotle, a US post office and much more.
