RIVER PLACE RENTALS
We manage 25+ properties in the River Place complex and in DC. Our apartments include One bedroom and Large studios. We provide all the furnishings that you might need in a temporary stay, from towels to a fully stocked kitchen. Everything from A to Z, all you need to bring is your suitcase. All of our apartments come with cable and high speed Internet.
River Place is a 5 minute walk from Rosslyn Metro and a short walk across the Key Bridge to Georgetown. Rosslyn has plenty of nightlife, theater and restaurants. We are within walking distance to Wilson Boulevard, which includes CVS, Safeway Food Stores, Starbucks, Chipotle, a US post office and much more.

Karim Kawakibi has over 20 years of experience in owning, managing and living in River Place units. His associate Marc Elraheb has also lived in River Place and would be pleased to show apartments to prospective tenants.
